I currently contract with a third party in order to be paneled with insurances. You can find a list of insurances that I'm credentialed with below. You can get an estimate of your co-pay through the Headway site.
Note: I only meet with individuals through insurance. Couples and family therapy is private pay only.

My standard fees are $150 for individual sessions and $180 for couples and family sessions. I offer sliding scale, and encourage you to reach out to see what options may make sense for you. I am always open to conversations about what feels fair to both of us.
I can provide a superbill (aka a receipt) to provide to your insurances who may provide partial or full reimbursement for our work together.
